No. The choice to declare a pregnancy or parental status is voluntary, and a student is not required to disclose this information to the University unless the student is seeking accommodations. When seeking accommodations, a student need only disclose their status to the Title IX Coordinator and SAS. Accommodation requests to staff and faculty will come from one of these offices without disclosing the underlying issue.
